QD type general purpose bridge crane (hereinafter referred to as general purpose crane) is designed and manufactured according to the standard GB/T14405-93, the working level is A3~A6, and the working environment temperature is within the range of -25°C ~ +40°C.

 

This product is a general-purpose crane, which is mostly used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, warehouses and other places, and is not suitable for working in the following conditions:

 

a. Environments with explosion hazard and fire hazard;

 

b. Places with relative humidity greater than 85% and environments full of corrosive gases;

 

c. Lifting molten metal, poisonous materials and flammable and explosive materials.

 

The crane is operated in the form of ground handle + remote control.

 

 

The structural features of the crane are as follows:

 

The general bridge crane consists of two parts: a cart and a trolley. The trolley is equipped with a lifting mechanism and a trolley running mechanism, and the whole trolley runs along the trolley track mounted on the main girder cover; the trolley part is composed of a crane bridge and so on. The cart running mechanism and trolley power transmission device are installed on the cart bridge.

 

The metal structure of the crane is composed of a bridge frame and a trolley frame, which is the load-bearing structure of the crane. The bridge frame is composed of main girders, end girders, walking platforms and guardrails, etc. The main girders and end girders are made of steel plate tailor-welded into a box-shaped cross-section structure, which has sufficient strength, rigidity and stability to ensure the safe operation of the crane.

 

The transmission mechanism of the crane mechanism is composed of three parts: the lifting mechanism, the trolley running mechanism and the cart running mechanism.

 

The electrical transmission part is composed of electrical equipment and electrical circuits. The electrical equipment includes various motors, brake drive devices, electrical control devices and electrical protection devices; the electrical circuit is composed of a main circuit, a control circuit and a warning signal circuit.
